For Heerema Marine Contractors Sleipnir, the world largest semi submersible crane vessel, a CFD assessment of LNG dispersion is conducted. The crane vessel is currently under construction and will be equipped with four dual fuel engines. The assessment concerns the LNG over pressure blow off and the consequences of a potential LNG bunker spill.
